I am still writing on most days and have volumes of handwritten articles to sort and type up as well. For the past few months my writing has been via keyboard which saves time, now I feel comfortable in typing my words straight to computer.
My automatic writing began with some poetry and prose while writing my published book Orb Insights and Inspirations - A Wonderland of Possibilities.
In the past 2 years since completing my book I have seen many what appear to be truths and also non-truths (by my understandings) appear in my pages of automatic writing. In the beginning, I imagined that they must be from my intuition or Higher Self; I now have an open mind on this. I don't yet understand a lot of my writings as there is new information.
The main theme seems to be to love yourself; to Be, to find out who you really are/were, prior to being taught the ways of this world, many of them from ancient times, family, friends, teachers and now media. We all have a nature that becomes lost as we tend to place belief in the words of others. We need to 'find' our true self, to let go limiting beliefs that prevent the flowering of who we really are.
Automatic writing, from a source other than the thinking mind, sees the words on the page written differently than the way I learnt at school. I am beginning to get the flow and understand more, but still have much to learn, sorting through new information as I write: You will see this 'different' type of writing in many of my orb posts insights which I have not edited - About Orbs
What I will say is, to anyone who has had the experience of writing automatically, to keep a very open mind about the source of the writing and the truth of the writing. I would think that the same applies to anyone who hears 'voices', or experiences other 'psychic' experiences. If there is any attempt to control your mind, then it is best to disconnect altogether from any of these or other phenomena. The world is changing and many more people now are able to access senses, which are not mainstream and which are even feared by others.
There is much unchartered territory in this area. Some people fear the unknown and therefore are of no help. It is best not to approach those who may class these sense/intuitive experiences as mental illness.
Fear comes from our beliefs and it is the belief in fear, that makes us fearful. If we see a situation from a witness/observer point-of-view we have our options open and can, if not at peace, make our own place of peace by taking several deep breaths knowing we are protected by a greater Light, a greater Love, which is held closely in our heart and soul.
This is only my story, you must look within yourself, for answers.
Written with much love
