The pelicans can roam free, but choose to stay in the Park and are fed fish by the Park rangers daily. There is not a lot to say about being in nature. It is mainly the feeling, the freedom of spirit as nature gives her sights and sounds.
This day was very hot and humid, but shady along many of the paths between the attractions, which contain only birds, fish, reptiles and animals native to the Northern Territory of Australia.
I have been spending so much time on my computer with writing and illustrating my next book, that I sometimes forget to have time to just 'be' and connect with 'life'.
Sharing some of my images of the day. If you are ever in Darwin, Australia, I recommend the Territory Wildlife Park. Allow a full day to see each attraction, which includes an aquarium. A free train runs between attractions in the vast Park.
